This is a great double breasted jacket by Isaac Mizrahi from the 1990s. It is a deep charcoal gray with green, red, white and yellow plaid. It is a beautiful tweed, with a martingale belt on the back and slanted pockets in the front. 

We have it shown buttoned all the way up to the collar, and open to reveal a notched collar.
